"Tout était parfait. Chambre très confortable. Le personnel était extrêmement courtois et chaleureux à la fois, surtout au resto italien Lina où nous avons pris le dîner 4 soirs d'affilée. La nourriture y était succulente! Personnel le matin au petit déjeuner très courtois aussi ainsi qu'à l'open deck ! On a adoré cet hôtel!"

"Travelled with a 3 year old, would 100% return to this same location. The staff were amazing, kids were accepted everywhere (except the indoor heated pool sadly, although understandably cause it's a spa). The kids playground was wonderful with daily activities, engaged and kind care staff during the day. I didn't leave her with them unsupervised by a parent, but apparently you can.
Loved the facility, our villa was perfect. Only thing that would make this better would be if the peacocks could...

"Fantastic yet again!
We’re often travelling to Quinta do Lago and always stay at the Conrad. The renovation to the the restaurant, reception and poolside is beautifully done. Thanks to all at the Conrad Algarve. We’ll see you again."

"Staff were mostly very helpful apart from one of the male reception managers who was rude and dismissive. Housekeeping was generally very good , didn't always replenish toiletries or wash crockery in the room pool area ok not attractive and overlooking the road. It isn’t really a 5 star hotel 4 star at best. Breakfast was good but in a room which was hot and stuffy next to the car park. No where outside to eat breakfast. Definitely upgrade to a sea view room otherwise you are looking at a block...

"The property was great, a lovely villa. This was our 2nd visit, the only things that weren't as good this time - in particular was the shuttle bus around the resort. In the summer it is an excellent service, at Easter they only had 1 car so the wait for the service, instead of being 5 mins was more like 20-30 mins. This was poor and they should have had more drivers, I wouldn't go again at Easter they are not staffed for it. Additionally I had booked a restaurant reservation at Spikes, I had...
