"Very nice rooms and clean. Staff was responsive. Only thing that was misleading was that clients with stays that are less than 5 days don’t get access to the gym or the outdoor pools. This was not mentioned in the property listing."

"Scam. Don’t book. They never pick up the phone so I could not check in. The security at the hallmark building informed that no apartment in that building only offices. I paid the full amount to hotels.com and I don’t know if I will get s refund. I had to book another hotel for my family as Odela never replied to my several phone calls."
