There’s someone available at the front desk 24/7 which is really nice, especially because we had an early departure. The beds were comfy including the sleeper sofa. The shower is to die for. There is a quiet confidence in delivering a first class experience, that only works when there is total team commitment. The Royal Garden Hotel has a team that provides an exceptional outcome every time which is why we return again and again. From reception to housekeeping , the restaurants and piano bar(try the cocktails) everyone pulls together 'on brand'. A must try."
