Hotel is way out dated Rooms where old , no where on night stand to plug phone into Carpet was gross , feet where brown after 5 minutes of walking around, hallways carpet stains everywhere,, for this price and this brand , should be way nicer and up to date

The hotel for being a Sofitel was terrible. We’ve stay at the downtown one and it was lovely. Our first room smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke we had to move rooms. It’s suppose to be a non smoking hotel. The carpets are so stained and old. Thankfully the bed was comfortable and water was hot. Since we only stayed one night it was fine but definitely does not live up to the others standards.

We booked into the Sofitel for the night prior to our flight, conveniently located for T5, short walk to departures. Room was clean, quiet and had a good nights sleep. Staff at reception were friendly and helped us check in. Will definitely stay here again next time we fly out if T5
