"Loved our little staycation at the Cordis. Staff were super friendly and helpful from the front desk, the wait staff in 8 restaurant to the cleaners. They took the time to include our daughter with a complimentary kids goodie bag and a fluffy when we ordered coffees. Hotel pool was great. Both pool and the spa were ideal temperatures. "We got a double room with our own bathroom, clean & comfortable for us. If you are over 30 you will feel old, this is a hostel. Easy walk to the waterfront. We had drinks and a great salad at the onsite restaurant. "

"We organised a one-night staycation and were unfortunately disappointed with the overall condition of the room. The couch was stained and overall cleanliness was terrible, the furniture felt outdated, and there was no dining table in the suite we booked.
