"We previously attempted to communicate directly with the property manager about our concerns, but didn’t receive any response. Below are the issues we experienced:
During check-in, issues with the front door lock and access code after traveling 14+ hours and it being 100+ degrees outside (poor communication);
Garbage left in guest bedroom dresser (McDonald’s cup with liquid);
All nightstands dusty and dirty;
Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles empty or nearly empty in guest...

"Please read before booking this property!
First of all this is run by a management company so if you have any issues and need answers right away they will not help you. They will answer your phone call and let you know they will get back to you with in 24 hours but they never did. We had a question about pool/spa, called, they said they would get back to us but never did.
Issues with this house:
1) It was HOT in the house and we were not allowed to adjust the AC. every time we turned it...
