"Someone in a staff spa uniform tried to enter my room at 10pm. When I chased him to the front desk, they did not apologize and only replied with an angry face, "it was a mistake". Very suspicious and unsafe and not acceptable. To date, I have not heard back from management which would indicate that they do not care. "Hotel is 10/10, that is without a doubt.
If you like to do activities outside of the resort, there isn’t anything. It’s a quiet village. This place is truly meant for rest and relaxation.
Please be careful how you book your room on Expedia. I booked a room with a sea view and was provided a room with 4 walls. It was hours of going back and forth with management. I was mansplained, repeatedly told I did not book the right room and that I would have to pay extra for the upgrade. Expedia was...

"Gorgeous hotel in Tivat. Breakfast was plentiful and cooked to order, so always hot. Helpful and friendly staff throughout our stay. We really liked the location, which was a 5 minute stroll to the shops and restaurants. Plenty of sun beds, and the place never seemed crowded. Overall a fantastic stay in a beautiful country"

"Upon check-in, the front desk staff was super friendly and professional. We had no issues and everything went smoothly. We were impressed with the aesthetic of the hotel, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for what we were looking for. We really appreciated the complimentary snack and water. This was a nice touch. We also visited the spa and restaurant. The massage therapist was perfect, and the spa amenities were the best. Breakfast was excellent. All food items were fresh...
