We asked for a high floor but wasn’t available. No upgrade was offered. The room phone was useless since nobody ever responded. "Our first time Glamping and this did not disappoint. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. We had the 2 bedroom with pool. The pool is tiny and adorable. We were surprised how well stocked it was for such a small space. There were restaurants on the grounds that made it convenient but I cannot say the food was the best. The surrounding area felt a little desolate (at least for us) but if Glamping is your thing, this is a well run, very clean facility. "
