"The staff throughout the hotel were attentive, friendly, and consistently polite, which made our stay very enjoyable. The buffet offered a wide variety of flavorful options, and the rooms were exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
The hotel is in a great location. If you’re planning to visit the Malecón, it’s about a 15-minute walk, and we felt safe walking there during our stay.
In addition to the buffet, the hotel has two restaurants that require dinner reservations....

"Nuestra estancia fue demasiado agradable! Fuimos con nuestro perrito y fue super bien recibido, todo el personal muy atento con el y con nosotros. En definitiva regresamos a este hotel. La comida excelente, las instalaciones muy agradables, la atención de 10! La habitación hermosa! Muy agradecidos con todos :)"

"Nos hospedamos de miércoles a domingo en Grand Luxxe Torre 1 y la experiencia fue buena. Decidimos extender nuestra estancia una noche más y reservamos en Bon; sin embargo estaba en mantenimiento, por lo que nos cambiaron a Grand Luxxe Torre 3.
