"Took far too long to check in. They disabled our keys before checkout time and we had to go down to checkin desk to get keys rekeyed. Of the 5 rooms in our party this happened to all. Some of them resorted to going to cleaning staff to open rooms to get luggage out for Transport to airport. Good news is the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Service speed at front desk is a major concern and elevators are slow as well. Unfortunate."

"Our stay was absolutely terrible. The room was in very poor condition, with many things broken. The wooden deck around the swimming pool was full of splinters, and some of the deck boards were sticking up, making it extremely dangerous, especially for children.
When we arrived, we were first given a room with a broken air conditioner. After complaining, we were moved to another room that was infested with well over 100 mosquitoes. Everyone in our family was covered in mosquito bites. The staff...

"The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful. So well-informed. They were able to help us rent a car when none were available at the hotel.
The breakfast at the hotel is too expensive for guests at $32. But the restaurant staff was very friendly."

"Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and a spacious suite. The restaurant offers gorgeous views, and the food was very good. The pool is small but still a nice place to relax.
The only downsides were that our room overlooked nearby apartments, so we had to keep the blinds closed for privacy, and the shower design caused water to spill onto the bathroom floor.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return."

"Lovely room overlooking the ruins of the Temple of Jupiter. Gorgeous rooftop dining with views of the Acropolis. Very convenient location to easily enjoy the National Garden, the Plaka neighborhood (full of shops and restaurants), and to hop on the tram to get to the beaches in under half an hour.
Highly recommend."
