"Amazing service, food and facilities. Highly recommended. Only observation is that the treadmills in the gym don't seem to work continuously. They conk out after a few minutes. Overall, though - excellent experience before a long international journey. Really helped me to relax and rejuvenate before traveling."

"This is an exceptional property, with extensive amenities, an attentive and cheerful staff. It is beautiful and in a very convenient location, with great access to both Mattancherry and Fort Kochi. "We had occasion to see a few other hotels in the district where our friends and other family members stayed in connection with a wedding. Nothing could be compared to this one. We were able to host a number of our friends for dinner at this hotel, and everyone was pleased. The hotel manager and the staff were very attentive and cordial in ensuring our satisfaction. We were allowed to check out a little late because of our flight timing."
