"Everything about Royal Cliff is absolutely stunning. The views are unbeatable, the pool is beautiful and the service is amazing. My ONE complaint that would prevent me from staying again was the fact that I was moved twice due to a mildew smell in the room and every single room (even the one i stayed in for a week) had this awful STRONG odor of mildew. "Great hotel, beautiful and big pools, comfy bed, right by the beach, good gym with lots of old but useful equipment. The interior in the room was of good quality. Very good and accommodating personnel. I was appalled however, that such a classy hotel charges 100 baht per set of cutlery and plate, and the housekeeping removes it the next day. These cheap tricks don’t suit such a classy hotel."

"NOT RECOMMENDED. One of the worst resorts I’ve stayed at. You can get so much more for your money at other resorts nearby. The location was in the middle of no where and if you want to go into town, you have to take a grab or bolt. There is a hotel shuttle but it’s only at 2pm and 6pm. "Stay 4 nights with my family. Everything was good and our kids enjoyed staying in this lovely villa. The hotel is not close the city centre of Pattaya but you will get a quiet and peaceful surrounding in exchange. Staff were all very nice and professional, easy to communicate in English. Special thanks to Arm and Rainbow from the front desk. They made my stay a truly unforgettable one."
