"Basically heaven on earth. What an amazing boutique/tranquil getaway. From the very beginning to the very end the entire staff was friendly, compassionate, and ensured we were as comfortable as we could possibly be. The entire place had such a unique touch that you could easily spend your all your time at the Jaya house. We went on a few tours and I’ll say how we were greeted was far superior to any other place we seen people getting picked up from. Please stay here if you’re in Siem Reap!!"

"- The Manager seemed more interested in shaking hands than actually resolving customer issues.
- On two occasions, when I asked for ice in my room the front desk went out of their way to tell the attendant to only bring me a glass rather than a bucket. This was not a mistake, this was intentional provocation.
- The service in the breakfast was excellent.
- The front desk staff aside from the ice incidents were excellent.
- The room only really had one funtional outlet"

"We came as a group of friends and really loved Golden Temple Residence. Victoria was super helpful from start to finish and I cannot recommend staying here enough. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms very spacious/clean/comfortable and AC nice and cold, and the pool was a perfect spot to relax in the middle of the day. We didn't have much to eat from the restaurant other than the tasty breakfast they packed for us on sunrise temple day, but the poolside drinks were delicious. We really also...
