"very safe and family friendly hotel. staff and service is excellent! the buffet breakfast is huge with hundreds of options definitely worth it. The only reason the hotel doesn't deserve 5 stars is because they sell day passes to non hotel residents so on a weekend we had to wake up at 7 am to secure sunbeds. There are too many guests for sunbeds/ pool space also. I expect this fight for sunbeds at a budget hotel in benidorm but not from the fairmont in dubai."

"Bei der Ankunft wurde uns gesagt, wir werden angerufen, wenn das Zimmer fertig sei. Den Anruf haben wir leider nicht erhalten. Zudem hatten wir zwei Einzelbetten gebucht und ein Doppelbett bekommen. Beim Bezug des Zimmers war es sehr schmutzig, jedoch wurde vom Housekeeping dann täglich gut geputzt und immer die Tücher gewechselt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. "Good location for shopping and beach. Food was very good, the hotel and pool excellent though a few untidy areas on beach especially after a child's party where tiny balls of polystyrene and glitter paper blew around for days, dissapointed this is allowed from a green point of view. Staff amazing, stayed before at the sister hotel The Dukes but found this one though similar in layout preferable. Some lovely bars and restaurants with amazing food in walking distance on the beach. Noi nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene.cucina attrezzata e lavatrice sono un plus soprattutto per chi ha bambini piccoli…l’unica cosa da migliorare è la pulizia…non era sporco ma non era neanche impeccabile; esempio il tappeto in salotto tutto macchiato o gli asciugamani un po’ usurati.. secondo me la cura di questi dettagli...
