"Nella notte in cui abbiamo pernottato nell'hotel (con due bimbi piccoli) era organizzato un ricevimento (pare sia frequente), quindi ristorante non accessibile e soprattutto forti rumori da altre stanze, dove gli ospiti si sono riuniti dopo la serata, con musica e schiammazzi fino alle 4 del mattino. Inutile l'intervento del receptionist.
Soprattutto, alle mie rimostranze il giorno dopo, mi è stato risposto che avendo prenotato con Expedia, non è possibile nessun rimborso.

"The food was simply amazing (1 Star Michelin). Breakfast was self serve and with a wide variety of food options. The building itself is under a bit of renovation for the spa however."

"A classic hotel with all services and personal care that you would both want and expect from somewhere born of the Belle Epoque. Well worth the cost and a visit to experience.
