"We had the worst experience at this hotel. We reserved and paid in full six months in advance because we planned to meet our relatives from Ukraine and spend time around this area. When we arrived, the staff transferred our reservation to another hotel without our consent. They claimed due to electrical issue in the room. We believe it was because we paid at a lower price six months ago and the current price went up. They over booked and they decided to cancel ours so I they can offer our rooms...

"We stayed 5 nights. The complimentary breakfasts were great with a big variety. The folks at the front desk were super accommodating helping us get taxis and anything else. Rooms were nice. They don’t let the AC get too low here. It’s probably about 80 in the room on a hot day so warmer than I would set the temp at. But there was a heat wave going on. Overall , we would come back."

"Stunning grounds and hotel. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Great breakfasts. We had a toddler and staff were understanding and gracious.
Improvements: I have long legs and it’s hard to shave in a narrow shower without a step. I put the trash can in the shower to improvise and avoid cutting myself or having conditioner run into my eyes.
Also, the beach lanai charges even guests exorbitantly and requires a “tent” rental just to enjoy the pool with a child friendly shallow and quick dip in...

"The room was nothing short of fabulous. It was enormous, with high ceilings and windows that opened onto views of the countryside. The bathroom was fit for a king. Water pressure was good, and the shower temperature was constant. The bed was firm. Plenty of storage space.
The pool was lovely. There are not too many guests, so there was more than enough room to sit and lounge in relative privacy. The staff were attentive and made excellent drinks. Lunch and dinner were lovely, with a good...
