"Overall, this is a very nice hotel. It would’ve gotten a higher score except for the fact that they don’t answer the phone. We called many times looking for a room service for other questions about amenities and potential outings, but mostly got their hold recording for extended periods of time. This was both in the middle of the day and late at night. They clearly don’t have enough staff to answer the phone anytime they matter. Our average hold time was approximately five minutes. "Nous avons dû attendre près d’une heure avant de pouvoir faire le check-in, car il n’y avait que deux personnes pour accueillir tous les clients.
Une fois dans la chambre, la personne chargée de remplir le minibar est entrée sans frapper, alors que mon mari venait tout juste de sortir de la douche. C’était très désagréable et particulièrement intrusif.

"The room feels very dark and dated, and it does not seem to be well maintained. The furniture is heavily stained, which makes it uncomfortable to sit on. I also prefer a shower over a bathtub, especially here, since it is difficult to get in and out of."
