"This little gem is hiding behind the songtsam temple, though it's a bit hard to find even with the GPS. The small town in front of the hotel is undergoing heavy constructions. We arrived there with no hot water and got a free upgrade a suite. Room is huge but not as cozy as the smaller one. They even set up the fireplace to get the room warmed up for us everyday. Food is excellent but too bad we missed the spa. Overall an excellent hotel where you can relax and find you inner peace, definitely...

"The hardware of this hotel is good but staff are not very customer oriented except for the front office manager called Candy. She's very helpful and has very good customer service skills. Avoid rooms facing entrance, its very noisy at night because other tourists are dragging their luggage onto the stone pavement right outside the entrance . Our room came with breakfast but it is not worth getting up for. The breakfast room is not inside the hotel and is down the road in another building....
