"this was a stunning hotel. It was exceptionally clean. It made me feel like I was leading lifestyles of the rich and famous. The spa was wonderful. We had a massage and I had a facial that was wonderful. We ate at Mistral their restaurant and this was an experience, but it is very expensive. They had a piano player in the lobby most evenings that was very, very nice. There are other restaurant was also very good and they have a very pretty pool. The views from our room were just superb. "Es war alles gut bis auf die Hektik beim Frühstück. Das Buffet war viel limitierter als von MO gewohnt ist.
Die Liegen am Pool waren limitiert und daher schwer Platz zu bekommen. Die Pool Area wird zu früh geschlossen"

"Very disappointing experience. We left important clothing for dry cleaning during our stay, but it was delayed, and at checkout we were told it still wasn’t ready.
We had already left for Milan , so now we don’t know when we’ll get our clothes back. A huge inconvenience, especially when you’re travelling.
Rooms are very small .
Hotel is located on a busy road, rooms have poor isolation, it gets very noisy ."

"Pros- very helpful staff, excellent location, clean rooms. Elena on reception staff was excellent at helping with transport and advising on local points of interest, concierge Arriana was excellent at giving tips on local points of interest.
Cons- no milk given in the rooms, kettle would be better than nespresso machine for tea drinkers.
Overall a very pleasant stay with only minor recommendations. Staff cannot be faulted- they were amazing."

"From seamless room upgrade to delicious restaurant food, service and lake view, to arranging complimentary transfer to the enchanting Villa d’Este sister property to enjoy gelato in a beautiful lakefront setting, to arranging personal appointments, the staff and property far exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommended for travellers enjoying superior quality and service! Perfect lakefront Piazza Cavour location making it easy and convenient to walk around the Old Town!"

"Lovely decor and staff very helpful and friendly but was a little disappointed in our lake view room, it was really just a glimpse and considering the hotel felt very empty I would have thought a better view room would have been offered. Also booked this hotel specifically for having a pool but the pool is like a fountain. I guess this is on me for not researching better but having property called a garden hotel I was a little disappointed"
