"The facility is upscale, clean and well kept. The main issue was the restaurant staff. The hotel has 4 restaurants and there is large number of staff they hired. However, the staff were untrained and uncoordinated. For instance we saw the reception and let them know we are there for a drink late night, and they seated us. Another server came by and said this restaurant (La Source) is only for eating and asked us to leave. That left a horrible taste and totally ruined the night.

"Amazing stay. My mom wanted to stay in a castle on our trip to Europe and the Chateau delivered. We felt so pampered. "Exquisite hotel. The rooms are beautifully appointed , spacious , with all the required amenities and a large patio. The grounds are stunning with a divine pool and a gorgeous view of the provencal countryside. The breakfasts were incredible and sumptuous. The service was friendly.
