"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, elegant, and offers everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. What truly makes it exceptional, however, is the staff. Every member of the team showed genuine dedication to ensuring guests have the best possible experience. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were outstanding across every part of the hotel.
Breakfast was another highlight—beautifully presented, with an excellent variety of high-quality...

"Our stay was truly special and one we will remember fondly. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the warm, friendly staff, who were always kind, attentive, and happy to help. It’s those little personal touches that make a stay feel so much more than just a hotel experience.
We also really enjoyed the hotel’s food, which added another lovely dimension to our stay. The amenities were wonderful, and the whole atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment.
And the view of the...

"The Capra Saas-Fee is a beautiful 5-star hotel, but for us it simply didn’t live up to the hype, especially considering the price.
The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes. First, they had the wrong email address despite us providing it at check-in; then, even after correcting it, nothing came through. We ultimately had to insist on having the passes printed so we could actually use...

Sinon personnel attentif"
