"Booked a VIP room.
Waited 1 hour for someone to come and check us in
They tried to get us to take a cheaper room. Said problem with electric. When really they had turned a fuse off which I showed them
Lack of things in room. No
Cups. No toilet tissue. Dirty dressing gown left on bedroom. Overall terrible experience for an expensive room. "

"My stay with Apec Mandala was fantastic. It was a breath taken moment how beautiful the entire resort is. They also have multiple swimming pools to accommodate individual taste. Highly recommended this place. "
