"Excellent breakfast outside next to the hotel, very clean rooms, 4 restaurants just inside the property with terasse outside, not too expensive $150 US breakfast included a nice basket of fruits upon arrival and a large bottle of water. 15 minutes from the airport, 45 minutes to the Sohynx and Keopsand the Grand Museum. 3 minutes walking to reach the Metro. "Everything was fine, except the refund of the deposit my room is quite late. Until now, I still not receive the refund of 1 night charged at my credit card (because my friend made the full payment by his credit card). The hotel said they need 5 days for the refund, but it now 9 days already (I stay from 15 to 18 Jan 2020). My booking number at Hotels was: 9211066727534."

"The food is really good, if you don’t want to leave the hotel, you can go for the buffet dinner and breakfast; great variety, healthy and clean. Room was always spotless thanks to Mohammed, and the entire hotel is being cleaned on regular basis. Staff is super kind and nice to talk with, specially the people at the bar: Mr Yousef, and the great service from the shisha specialist. After a long stay in Egypt I can say this was the best hotel we stayed. Definitely will come back! "
