All the front desk folks...valet folks...EVERYONE was Lovely We're on first name basis with Jonathan, Knyia,Creanna, Evita, Ellisha,Mr Charles and Ken.John and Sunshine...also Ray ,Moe andCarmen in Mrs P's. Can't say enough about this hotel and restaurant. We have recommended it to our friend who was performing at City Winery....

"Such a great vibe! Right when you enter there is music playing, people hanging out at the bar or outdoor courtyard, fresh coffee and cold water at check in, friendly staff and super comfortable beds. We booked it for our way down to Florida and loved it so much we booked it on our way back! Everyone was happy and comfortable in the space that it made you want to hang out and have a cocktail outside by the fire pit, order a little bite to eat and watch a game. Traffic was a little loud...

The common areas were noticeably unclean, and the issues continued in our room. The first room we were assigned had not been cleaned at all, which required us to request a new room. "Close to the aquarium, Coca Cola, centennial park. The rooms were clean. They tried to modernize it. "

"I did not have the most pleasurable experience at the Courtland Grand Hotel. 1. The hand soap that was by the sink was opened and used. 2. There was no cord for the telephone. 3. The directions that the guy at the front office gave me to my room were difficult to understand and he had me lost on the 1st floor in the conference area."

"The photos are all FAKE!! This place is TRASH upon pulling into the parking area it all feels sketchy... People are wondering around who appear to be lost or homeless . The intercom looks new and up to date, but once you get in the lady at the desk was very unfriendly. She gave me the assigned door code by showing me the # in her note section of her iPhone. The elevator was CREEPY and halls were filthy. The room was hands down to much to even explain just don't waste you time, money, or energy...

"We stay here regularly because of the staff, restaurants, and location. However, the room conditions have been noticeably degrading over the last few stays. Floors are showing signs of heavy wear, mini-fridges are old, some bath fixtures are in need of an upgrade. We will continue to stay here, but I think an upgrade in certain areas is necessary."

"Staff at the Marriott was outstanding! One of the waiters at the high Velocity restaurant deserves honorable mention (Andrew) for making our stay extra special. Great heated pool, clean rooms and outstanding decor! The best part of this hotel was the location! It’s near everything you’d want to experience as a first timer in Atlanta! Had my daughter with me and this place was perfect for her!"
