"These new SpringHill Suites are excellent. Stayed here in February and enjoyed it so much that just stayed this week in another in Alabama. Rooms are great size with a nice layout. Comfortable bed! Hopefully they maintain them well do it's still a nice place to stay years from now. "

"A hidden gem. This was a former Hampton Inn but it was just as good as any big name hotel. Rooms were clean and everything was working. Comfortable beds and lots of parking. Excellent gym."

"Let me say the positive first! I LOVE getting a ground floor room and being able to open the sliding screen door for fresh air and for this I will always come back. What I don't like is that even though I am a Marriott Bonvoy member, apparently I am on the bottom rung, so even if there is no one coming in for my room, I still couldn't get an hour later check out! Imagine! AND, there is no free coffee in the morning. Yes there are pots in the room (with not good coffee) but not only is breakfast...

"We had stains on our carpet! There was cobwebs in the corners of the rooms and in the bathrooms ! The shower wasn't cleaned properly there was hairs on the shower walls! I left after the first day ! I'll be calling the main office ! This place needs a serious overhaul!"

"Amenities: one coffee machine. Broken. Sign said to ask at desk. Desk had nobody, sign there said to phone for somebody. Washing machine broken. Day two, all still broken. I think the workers are probably good, but there are hardly any. "

"The furniture & carpet have definitely hosted many travelers but it was still very clean. The woman who checked us in & who i believe was tending to the breakfast were extremely kind & hospitable. The breakfast was different & new from other hotel breakfasts & i loved it. We enjoyed making the waffles & adding tummy toppings. We wished it were warmer to utilize the outside sitting & grilling area."

"The staff was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. The property itself needs a lot of updating. The elevators were old and had a musty smell. The suite was great. Very clean and spacious. Inside doors and hallways need updating as well. Continental breakfast was just average, could use some updating. If you like to hang out and socialize, this is not the place for you. There is no bar or lounge area (we are not drinkers but like to meet people). Overall, for the price it was...

"I was very impressed with the premises, especially for the price, our room was very clean, the facility was pretty clean. I enjoyed the fact that the hotel was close to 2 shopping centers. My check in was easy. It was an all around excellent trip and stay!!!! I will definitely book with the Sleep Inn again."
