"We had a good stay but found one of the beds to be in need of changing when we returned at 10:30 PM. The front desk I think manager named maybe Jake came right up and changed the sheets himself. We truly appreciated it. "

"The whole hotel had an issue with streaming (Netflix, Amazon Prime videos) so we had cable only. Not the end of the world but my child had their heart set on watching a movie. Also, our carpet in our room was wet again. Same as last stay. Not sure what they are using but it is off putting for sure. Otherwise, the stay was just fine. "

"Bed is horribly uncomfortable chose this location for the hot tub, the water was cold, bubbler didn’t work, no sign or warning it was broken staff didn’t seem to care"

"We had multiple rooms for multiple days. The AC in the room didn’t work well so we called the front desk but no one answered. The second room was ok but they did not change the bedsheets or towels nor empty the trash. I am a loyal Marriott customer and this was not the norm"

"The gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Room was larger than expected and very clean. Pillows were the only bad experience. "
