"Fantastic location near our daughter, who lives in Hyde Park. Warm, welcoming staff who accommodated an early check in for very weary travelers. Room was nice, bed comfy. Only reason for 4 stars was that the restaurant affiliated with the hotel was closed on Sunday evenings. We had a nice meal in the bar by the fireplace but the table was bar-size and didn’t have enough room for our dinner plates and appetizers. Would definitely return to the sophy for all the other pluses it offers. "

"The Hilton Hotel Oak Lawn, IL was beautiful. The customer service of staff was excellent. It was in an outstanding location for eating and shopping. We were there for funeral so we didn't do any pool or gym. The restaurant in lobby had a delicious buffet breakfast with everything on buffet."

"Amenities are nothing like what was shown on Expedia. The entire complex appears to have been abandon or is the process of being abandoned. I saw several rooms on the property that appeared to have been half-way in construction attached to properties that appeared to have been abandoned. The room gives you cups and an ice container but there are no ice-machines on the property. Rooms were just okay, nothing impressive. Lighting could be better. Television systems had poor reception and couldn’t...

Shuttle was very nice from the airport when we got there and after the event where uber had a surcharge of almost $100 to get back to the hotel we were able to use public transportation to get back to the airport to then take the shuttle back to the hotel. "I never got to check in they said I had to pay for a week in order to pay in cash. So they would not allow me to check in for my stay. I would love a refund of my money "
