"The bed and the pillows were really soft and cozy. So many hotels have hard beds these days. This hotel reminds me of what hotel beds used to be. They also had nice cozy robes too. Overall would recommend. The staff was nice especially the valet and the night staff. "

"This hotel is easily the best choice in the greater Boise area. Incredible amenities, helpful staff, clean and quiet rooms, wonderful location and ample parking. It feels like a resort-style stay without the steep price tag. If you have the opportunity to stay at The Riverside Hotel, you won’t regret it!"

"First room we were assigned had not been cleaned. Front desk said they cleaning staff was understaffed. Hallway carpets were in tatters plus piles of dirty laundry lined hallways (on that tattered carpet) *throughout* the building. Exterior sliding glass door in our room did not lock."

"Checked in, the staff had changed my room. Which was totally fine at first. I was sleeping when a maintenance worker banged on my door and startled me and my girlfriend. He kept on asking me to come to the door. I told him we were assigned to the room and he said that there may have been a problem with the lock. We had to go back to the desk (begrudgingly) and update the room. The staff was professional, particularly Mr. Gray (he was fantastic). The whole situation was just really inconvenient. We were exhausted from our travels and just wanted to be left to our own."
