"We checked into our room. Two queen beds four people. When we entered the room it had a musty smell and we only had three bath towels for four people. The housekeeper said they were out of towels and when we came back that night we could ask at the front desk for towels. When we came back that night the night clerk told us no towels were available but he could offer us a bath mat to dry off with that it’s the same as a towel. We declined his offer and went to our room. When we opened the door...

"First of all. I get to the hotel my room was canceled, I drove 4hrs with 2 small children and then they said they didn't have any rooms available. I did the pay when you stay and they tried to charge my card before I arrived to the hotel, so they didn't call to let me know my room was canceled they said they didn't have any information to contact me? How they didn't and made the reservation. So I'm not pleased with the customer representative that said he understands what the hotel was saying...

"The property is absolutely gorgeous . The staff goes above and beyond to help you . I went there with my wife and 18 month daughter . We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed the pool. Overall great experience and would recommend anyone in the area to stay here ."

"This hotel was okay… i guess for the price it’s okay. Clean bed, clean bathroom but i will say the walls need deep cleaning, the rooms could smell better. There’s no actual person in the lobby… so it’s kinda hard to ask for something or if you need anything also no breakfast… it would be way better if there was breakfast included."

"Stay here all the time. Never had any issues until this last stay. Did have ant hot water . I had tickets for concert and missed out because it was too late when maintenance came. Felt like I should've been credited something"

"When we booked we requested to have two queen bed rooms with connecting rooms but they didn’t have them available when we arrived.. we had to settle for a king room and 2 double beds then we had dirty towels in the king room. The experience was not the greatest and we paid $675 for 2 rooms and did not have what we asked for"

"The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!"
