"There was bed bugs and other bugs all over the place"

"We checked into our room. Two queen beds four people. When we entered the room it had a musty smell and we only had three bath towels for four people. The housekeeper said they were out of towels and when we came back that night we could ask at the front desk for towels. When we came back that night the night clerk told us no towels were available but he could offer us a bath mat to dry off with that it’s the same as a towel. "First of all. I get to the hotel my room was canceled, I drove 4hrs with 2 small children and then they said they didn't have any rooms available. I did the pay when you stay and they tried to charge my card before I arrived to the hotel, so they didn't call to let me know my room was canceled they said they didn't have any information to contact me? How they didn't and made the reservation. So I'm not pleased with the customer representative that said he understands what the hotel was saying...

"When we booked we requested to have two queen bed rooms with connecting rooms but they didn’t have them available when we arrived.. we had to settle for a king room and 2 double beds then we had dirty towels in the king room. The experience was not the greatest and we paid $675 for 2 rooms and did not have what we asked for"

"This hotel was okay… i guess for the price it’s okay. Clean bed, clean bathroom but i will say the walls need deep cleaning, the rooms could smell better. There’s no actual person in the lobby… so it’s kinda hard to ask for something or if you need anything also no breakfast… it would be way better if there was breakfast included."

"The properties amenities were great. They had coffee and water in the lobby. The proximity to convenient stores and discount stores was great. The only problem I had with the property was the couch looked like it was 25 years old. It had a lot of stains on it. The wooden furniture also was not only out dated it showed signs of major wear and tear, like someone had stripped it down to refinish it. Basically the hotel is nice the price is okay for what you are getting but they really need to...
