"The room was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was the Coffee pot in our room was missing the part that holds the coffee packet! The Breakfast was really good and we will definitely stay there again!"

"One pillow no case. No toilet paper or towels. Light bulbs everywhere. Lose on the ground counter tops etc. No blanket and tv didn't work either."

"The staff was great. Tulsa experienced a water main break while we stayed and the staff was helpful to get us a room that still had water for a little while, while they worked. Breakfast was very good and they offered to go bags on the morning we checked out. "

"My key nor TV would work but the manager got both fixed right away. There was no pool towels. Breakfast was not good. "

"We arrived at 8 in the evening, and the 2 rooms were not cleaned yet on a Saturday night. So we had to wait after a long day of work. Both rooms were booked with 2 queen beds, but we got single beds. 2 grown up guys had to sleep in one room, one bed. But not enough, at 1 am water started dripping onto the bed from the AC unit. There is no person at the reception, just a phone on the wall… what else can I say. I was expecting Expedia to make the cancellation and refund process easy. We are here for work, not spending hours online with the booking agency, real person not available. I like using Expedia, but very much hope for better customer care and a valid process to check on the performance of their listed properties according to the advertised service."

"Air conditioner was great. Room was a little dirty as was the chair but bedding looked clean as was the bathroom. "

"I checked in after 9 pm. Went to my room (227) it was freezing in the room I tried to turn the heat on and it did not work. I was already ready for bed so did not care to go back to the desk. I called the front desk 4 times with no answer. Then in the morning went to take a shower and never got hot water. The floors were filthy. The bathroom smelled. Not worth the money. Beware"
