"Such an amazing stay from start to finish! We arrived late after a stressful situation elsewhere and were given such a warm, kind welcome which instantly made us feel at ease. The hotel itself was spotless, the room was beautiful and felt really high quality, with everything clean and well looked after. You can tell they really care about the standard and guest experience. Breakfast was absolutely stunning as well, with great options and everything fresh and well presented. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience — such a relief after a long day. Would 100% stay again and highly recommend!"

"The hotel is nice and staff was friendly. We had a few hiccups during our stay and I think there is major improvements to be made - we asked for a cot for our baby and it was broken and unsafe for our baby to sleep in. We got a new cot the next day which was in good condition but very dusty. We stayed in a room with bunk beds and found out that it was very dusty and dirty behind the bed. Coffee in the room was not replenished every day. We asked for baby items to be left in the room before arrival and had to chase to get those items in the rooms. Overall good stay because the bedroom was comfortable and the location was convenient but need to improve the housekeeping. "
