"Personnel extrêmement désagréable qui raccroche au nez des clients. Impossible de joindre la personne à l'accueil suite à un problème d'accès à la chambre. Il y a un combiné téléphonique posé à la réception, il faut faire le "9" mais personne ne réponds on tombe sur un répondeur..... Apparemment ..."
