"avevo prenotato una suite disponibile last minute anche perchè risultava esserci il parcheggio gratuito incluso. A prenotazione confermata e pagata nella e-mail di conferma leggo che la reception è aperta solo su appuntamento da concordare un giorno prima dell'arrivo, che la struttura è in zona ZTL e che il parcheggio solo pubblico a pagamento se lo si trova. Chiamato il numero del titolare che ci dice che la suite non è disponibile e che a livello di favore può darci solo una economy con bagno...

"Personale gentile e professionale, struttura con tutto quello che si può chiedere ad un hotel, con garage quindi nessun problema di parcheggio, colazione super con ampia scelta dolce/salato. Frontemare."

"Al llegar te encuentras con una puerta de madera “auténtica”, de las que se hacían antiguamente, muy bien cuidada. Los escalones…, en los B&B con encanto, siempre encontraremos escalones, es lo que hay, jejeje, pero bueno, se suben bien y si eres mayor Annalisa y su equipo te ayudan con ellas. Mi habitación, la 2, “super acogedora” y…, una cama de matrimonio como las que me gustan, “grande”…,”Comodísima” y las almohadas maravillosas. Un placer de confort para un descanso pleno. Y no acaba...

"In der Beschreibung hies es, dass es in diesem Hotel ein Whirlpool gibt, der aber leider nicht vorhanden war! Dann hat der freundliche Herr uns überredet, ein zweites Zimmer zu nehmen, da nur eines für zwei Männer zu klein sei, was überhaupt nicht stimmte! Und zu guter Letzt, wollte er für den Parkplatz noch € 10, obwohl in der Beschreibung steht, inkl. Parkplatz! Nie wieder!"

"L’appartamento è moderno e ben arredato. Persino il divano letto era molto comodo. Consiglio di mettere degli adesivi sulla porta a vetri per evitare incidenti… molto pulito, grazie!"

"The place is awful. It is NOTHING like the listing indicates! The room needed repairs & had nothing but a horrible old bed to sit on. It was cold, dark & depressing. There were dogs running all around the place & mating right in front of the room! Chickens, ducks & roosters crowing frim 3am on! NO free breakfast. No one soeaks English! The food in the restaurant is disgusting! In the middle if nowhere with nothing in walking distance & no public transportation. Like being on a farm with a bunch...

"La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la Iglesia San Giovanni Rotondo, parada de buses, restaurantes. Desayuno buffet delicioso y recomiendo el restaurante del hotel. Personal del hotel muy amable y servicial. Recomiendo el hotel Vittoria. "
