"I was surprised by the state of our room considering we have stayed here before and it was great last time. This time however, there were strands of hair EVERYWHERE. On the floor, in the shower, on some of the towels. Considering we both have extremely low cut hair (buzzed), we knew it wasn’t from us. Other than that, it was okay. The view of the ocean was nice. "Absolutely horrendous. Pay the extra money and find another place. Floors grimy and sheets with cigarette holes and towels that just feel yucky. A good nightly rate isn't worth risking mites and bed bugs. I checked in and checked out within 90 minutes. Front desk guy was rude and unapologetic about it. Even tried to make me "write my complaints" on a piece of paper that also said "I agree to pay all charges" when I checked out early.
Certainly not being run by people who care about running a...

"Pet friendly but the staff is so rude, non common sense at all, they called us at 7:00 AM to tell us that the payment for the pet fee hadn't gone through; they made us go down to the lobby at that hour to swipe the card again.
