"Clean room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again"

"This is an excellent example of a Malmaison, it’s such a lovely hotel. The bar and restaurant are super. Food is always spot on and the cocktails are always wonderfully made. We’ve stayed many times and always love the rooms, which are nicely appointed and a generous size. This time it was a little tired, sockets broken, curtains marked, windows broken, nothing major but just needs a bit more attention to detail. Bathroom was clean enough, but there was makeup on the tiles above the sink and...

"We had a fantastic stay once again, the breakfast was amazing, highly recommend"

"El hotel está en muy buena ubicación, prácticamente en el centro de Aberdeen y puedes ir caminando a muchos lados. Lo único que hay que tener en cuenta es que el estacionamiento no es del hotel (si está en las instalaciones) y hay que pagarlo por horas, aparte de que está muy reducido. El cuarto es algo viejo pero cómodo. El desayuno es bueno y variado y el personal fue amable."

"Lovely old Inn with fabulous local inspired menu options. Enjoyed the cozy feeling."

"It was something to forget, did not meet my expectaion. Very disappointed. Stayed there in August was happy with the place. This time the room was very tired. It was cold, the heating was not working. Phone the staff 2 time to get it sorted."

We didn’t sleep much because of this and got sick because of not sleeping. Also the windows basically didn’t exist because a breeze still got through. The photos linked to this place are kind of a lie, they are just restaurants near by and I thought they were attached to the hotel. Would not return due to the bed atrocity."

"It was conveniently located, with lovely views of the harbour. Our room was small, basic and unconventionally designed. A cheerful, comfy spot to anchor ourselves during our visit."

"Our staying at the hotel was wonderful The room was lovely and clean and staff were so nice and friendly and helpful The breakfast was really good We will definitely come and stay again"

"Superb stay from start to finish. Extremely helpful staff who were always friendly and approachable and actually looked like they were enjoying their job. The executive lounge was lovely and offered a good selection of food and drinks. A lovely room with a comfy bed and the chair by the window was sumptuous! The only negative was an over bath shower (but I appreciate some people like a bath) and the odd mirror/plug situation that seems to exist in most hotels. We had a fabulous stay and...
