"Expedia need to work better with their affiliates. I booked for a room for 5 people and when we got there they said they don't have such room. I paid for 2 nights but did a late checked in the morning after the first night. I requested a cot then and 4 more times after that. We did not get our cot till almost 10 on our last night."

Nothing that would deter me from staying again, as these were mostly cosmetic things that needed attention. "

"My family and I were not at all satisfied with our stay. Actually, we ended up checking out early. There was a bedbug on one of the beds. We killed it, took a picture of it, and reported it to the front desk. While turning up the sheets to see if there were any more bedbugs, we noticed that our mattresses did not have mattress covers. How disgusting. We needed extra pillows, and it took two hours and four calls to receive those pillows. We will never stay there again. And someone needs to...

"The room was very nice, clean. There was coffee and a refrigerator in the room which was very convenient. We enjoyed the balcony with the table and chairs. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed a nice meal at the hotel restaurant. Very nice stay."

"I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone staff was soo rude and unprofessional I call before hand to let them know if there was any age restriction both of the times I call they confirm that 18 and older. I booked and got to the hotel they told me that 21 and older I get to explain to the dude and the lady that were there that I had call at twice to make sure I was good cuz I had nowhere to stay and instead of helping me the lady in the from desk was super rude.They should do a better job on...

"Everything was perfect for my one day trip.The front staff was very nice and even gave me a goodie bag.The room was neatly made and bathrooms was clean.the only thing I would state is the coffee maker didn’t look very clean but I got coffee at the lobby.All was good and will definitely book again. "Room was good. TV didn't work. No stations coming in. Pool and Hot Tub was good fir the family. Front desk lady at check in was nice, but then, she was stingy when we requested extra blankets for our kids. It was a pleasant stay all in all though."
