"This hotel has location as its best feature. We’d stay here again for that. I’m not a fan of booking in advance and getting a wheelchair accessible room. I feel those rooms should be saved for those who need them. The other downside was the elevator situation. One was out of order our entire visit. ..."

"Some areas very dirty .Manager wouldn’t keep bar open for residents after wedding . Breakfast plates/ glasses were dirty not one but a few breakfast was good after we got clean plates . Very short of staff staff having to run from one place to another as nobody else to cover."

"Everywhere was clean, nice big room with all the facilities needed, apart from not enough hangers in wardrobe. Hotel staff friendly & helpful. Buffet breakfast nice, again everything you needed. Lots of parking space. Never got to use spa facilities so can’t comment."
