"Good"

"The reception people were nice, spoke English and were very helpful. The room was easy to get to. The room was clean, the bed was confortable, the bathroom had everything I neede, good wifi. What I didn't like : very dim light in the bathroom and in the room itself, the tv was big but useless, nothing good on it and no youtube. The hotel was located close to shopping area, 10 minutes away on foot. The restaurant on the first floor was Pakistani, I didn't like the food. No breakfast on the...

"Cleanliness and the view is spectacular. Can see firework from window on 1 July and BOC dancing lights. Shuttle service is superb, Location is just minutes to Central. Very convenient public transport. Location is best. Love the area. Massaging shower panel is quite innovative. Restaurant has takeout service. I'm very appreciative of the shuttle driver and all the staff."

"Great location, convenience to everywhere. No toiletory provided. Room sound proof is worse than terrible. I can hear my nextdoor hangover kid yelling that he was a DJ or so at 450am. Vending machine offers basic toiletries but only to pay by Octopus card. The towel was paper thin on the go type. If you need to access business in the central area and you don't care about the amenities or environment, plus, you are traveling solo, give it a shot"

"Rooms should have been dehumidified before the arrival of the guests. Other than that, it is perfect."
