We did have a problem with hot water and the electricity went out in our room. The staff was very responsive but could have comped us for our troubles. "I spent five days at the lodge. The staff is excellent. Most have been working at the lodge for 20+ years. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and bathroom was small but functional. I appreciated being able to open the windows at night for fresh air. The pub is first rate. I strongly suggest having breakfast there.
