"Stayed at the resort while travelling for work this was quite an expensive hotel for me but alway wanted to stay in Aviemore, the staff were great on check-in but in general I wouldn’t stay again the hotel is in need general repair with gutter and soffit hanging off as the first thing I noticed pulling up. The rooms are seriously dated and in need of a major update !
When I got to my room I found confetti around the floor which leads me to think it hadn’t been cleaned very well. "
"Arrived to a very dated hotel, the room was absolutely freezing we did try putting the heating up but when we came back from dinner and the show the room was still freezing, shower was cold too 😡 lovely big room and nice bathroom too. Breakfast was good. When we checked out we mentioned the room was freezing and the shower, we were told oh you should have asked for a heater 😳 I spoke to someone at breakfast and their room was freezing too, pity as we won't stay here again!"
"This hotel is central Aberdeen , buses, rail link
And excellant parking not far from hotel.
Staff are friendly and helpful
Room excellant ,clean ,sorry never used the bar as i was at a party elswhere "
"Fantastic accommodation; spacious but cosy and comfortable ; weather didn’t allow for lounging on the substantial terrace
friendly and diligent staff who clearly want you to enjoy your stay
Food was as excellent as the service was faultless ; quality dishes with understated imagination
Didn’t get a chance to use the spa or gym so can’t vouch for those
Wish we’d booked a 3rd night’s stay"
