The property itself was great overall, comfortable and well-kept. The main downside was the parking situation. There is just one designated space, and during peak times, it could be tricky to park/manoeuvre, especially if you have a larger vehicle. "We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary, drove over 4hrs and was not disappointed. The grounds are absolutely stunning, our room was simply amazing. The staff are very friendly and cant do enough to make your stay comfortable. The cooked breakfast was delicious! We will definitely be back soon. The rare bats that live in the tower are a really lovely feature to an already incredible venue, when we arrived it was dusk and they were very active, a real sight to behold. Next time we come, we will be staying longer, one night just isnt enough here! Thank you again for a wonderful stay. "
