"A lovely family-run hotel. We stayed in the Junior Suite, which had an excellent superking bed, and plenty of storage space. The ensuite was spacious and clean, as was the shower. Water pressure for the rainfall shower was a bit of an issue. The seating area was good with a table and chairs, as well as a sofa for two. The TV was a good size but the remote control needed a refresh. A fridge would have been welcome in the suite. However, overall, it made for a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was...

"The glamping pods were beautiful and decently sized. The comunal toilet and shower area was kept clean and tidy. Over all it was a lovely experience. Only concern was that my 4 year old had to be restrained at all times either inside the pod, in pushchairs or in reigns as the edge of the land at entry to our pod was a steep slope, ideally this could be fenced off. When we first arrived, as a family, i mentioned to my mum that this place would be a lovely romantic getaway for a weekend however...

"Jack & Iris did an absolute amazing job with being very accommodating and helpful with everything. Jack shuttled us from the train station and helped with our luggage getting there and back. The hotel itself is wonderfully decorated and beautiful. Our room was very cozy and stocked with everything we needed. The scenery around the hotel and town is breathtakingly beautiful. 10/10 stay will have to come back to Pitlochry just to stay here, me and my friends wished we got to stay longer! "

"We had an absolute fabulous stay in The Firs. The Host is very welcoming and knowledgeable for all the areas around. The breakfast was always delicious. Unfortunately we had a week with bad weather but this made our stay at the Firs even better! Absolute recommendation and we will book again when we go back to Scotland. "

"Great spot, just a few minutes down the a9 from Pitlochry. Tranquil. Plenty of ducks wandering around. Lodge was equipped with most stuff you'd want. We stayed in the smaller joined lodges, and we were surprised how good the sound proofing was. Useful to have a washing machine available. "
