"Good food and room vondition."

"The hotel is very clean & quiet. Front desk staff is friendly. The housekeeping staff seemed anxious for us to leave since they knocked on our door to ask when we were leaving at 9:15. Breakfast was just boiled eggs, biscuits & gravy & coffee. The price of the stay is reasonable, but expected more since all of the reviews were so positive."

"We booked this property because of the swimming pool for our grandkids. We also had booked two rooms. We were put in individual rooms floor apart. Our room was clean, the one my daughter had was not clean. The hall was sweltering. The pool was green with algae and not usable. Tv in daughters room did not work. The staff was helpful as they could be. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good."

"They have a HUGE ROACH PROBLEM! Staff was nice and friendly but none of that matters when there is a roach infestation!! Find a cleaner hotel."

"If you like the smell of skunk weed and mold this is your place. The whole property felt damp and smells musty. There was mold in the shower. The blanket on the bed and sheets were stained. Im really not sure if the sheets were changed. I just hope we didnt get bed bugs."

"I was disappointed to find the room smelled terrible, the bed was not properly made, the carpet was dirty and the water sprinkler appeared to be hanging by a thread. When I tried to contact the owner about the issues and my early checkout, which was necessitated by the room's condition, they evaded my calls and directed me through a third party, refusing to refund my money. The check-in and checkout process was also slow due to the staff being busy, likely because they were understaffed."
