"I checked in Sunday afternoon June 7th and was told the room would be cleaned every other day contrary to the listing. So I figured ok. But I checked out Thursday the 11th AND NOT ONCE WAS MY ROOM CLEANED. NO CLEAN TOWELS NO BED MADE NO GARBAGE TAKEN OUT NO ROOM SERVICE AT ALL. I did call the front desk about the problem and was told well you can come down and get clean towels and your room would be done the following day. That didn’t happen. Room was not done my entire stay. I always held this hotel chain responsible and client oriented. Never again. The entire experience was terrible. Never again."

"I stayed here during a business trip, and unfortunately, the experience got off to a bad start. I booked and paid for the hotel online in full, but when I arrived, I had to wait about an hour because the hotel said my reservation was not paid for and was not ready. I had to contact Expedia to resolve the issue before I could check in. This is the second time I have had a similar problem with this hotel, which is very frustrating. During my stay, housekeeping never provided fresh towels or checked to see if we needed anything. Customer service was lacking throughout the week. To make matters worse, when I checked out, they tried to charge me an additional $3.19, and I was never given a clear explanation of what the charge was for. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service and the lack of communication."
