Beautiful hotel and the staff are amazing

Lovely hotel with amazing views and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and staff replenishing things all the time. Sunloungers, jacuzzi, sauna and easy access to walks in the hills with lower temperatures than on the coast. Would definitely go again and would highly recommend.

Outstanding stay. 5 stars in all areas.

It was our 4th stay at the hotel and we felt at home straight away. We had a beaitiful suite overlooking the sea and even had sun beds on our terrace. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and had a vast choice of everything you could ever want. We had a super time and can't wait to go again next year.

The hotel was lovely. Its motto is "Charm and Sensitivity" and it lives up to the title. It really is a very charming place. Everywhere in the hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. We could leave the patio doors to our balcony open and wake up to hear the waves on the beach below - very romantic. The housekeeping staff were lovely and Monica at reception very helpful.

We booked a last minute short stay and after seeing all the positive reviews chose this place. Only ten minutes from the airport via motorway, we were greeted at the hotel driveway entrance by a very welcoming gentleman who was part of the concierge team who directed the taxi to the hotel reception and made us immediately feel welcome and at ease. From the moment we arrived to the time we left the friendly attentive staff made us feel welcome and at home. Even the General manager made daily rounds to talk to guests and listen to their comments. Decorated in a colourful Mexican hacienda style it is beautifully appointed throughout with a number of quiet secluded areas in the grounds around the hotel and pool. We had a lovely stay at the jardines de nivaria- a fantastic hotel in a great location right in the centre of Adeje. It has direct access on to the beach and the row of shops and bars in Adeje. The recent refurbishment means the rooms are clean and modern but the hotel still retains the Art Deco vibe in the common areas. Service is on point, really amazing staff. Lorena at reception was very helpful. Rooms are nice and spacious. Pool staff were so nice, especially Ginscar. Breakfast could be better, the sausages were very oily and the hollandaise sauce on the eggs royal was not hollandaise, expect better from the Ritz. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room on the second day sadly, think there might have been a confusion when we asked them to come back later.

Received complimentary champagne on arrival. Staff were helpful and informative providing map of hotel, luggage was carried to rooms for us and room on arrival was spotless and beautiful. Stayed here for a week from 4/9/17. Could not fault the holiday in any way. We booked a studio but were given a newly renovated apartment looking over the pool which was amazing. Very clean and modern. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. They rang our room when we arrived to check everything was OK. Really big spacious rooms, lots of storage, fridge, very large wardrobe. Also generous sized balcony with clothes rack for drying.pool area done really well- patio stone which is cleaned every day, large comfy pool loungers, lots of palm trees and vegetation.

Lovely boutique hotel lovely room nice touch wirh rhe champagne and fruit. Room always kept clean , lovely breakfast too Also recommend the paella it was lovely Great experience here over the Christmas and would definitely go back. Added bonus was the jacuzzi.

We stayed for a 50th birthday birthday and had a wonderful time. We stayed room only, we had a deluxe room which was spacious, it had a small kitchen, dining table, double/twin room with sofa bed and a balcony. Our was spotless, cleaned everyday The pool area was nice, pool games happening and the pool bar and food was lovely. All in all we had a great stay and were planning to go back again next year.
