This is a superb hotel in a lovely neighborhood. We were half board and the food was excellent. Breakfast is also excellent but what made the restaurant so good is the staff and the manager Jose. The pool area is beautifully kept and there are plenty of sun loungers. The team at reception are lovely people and the staff who cleaned our room were extremely professional. I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat and probably one of the best hotels that we had the privilege to holiday in for a long time. Thank you for a great holiday in a superb hotel.

Top class smaller hotel

The hotel proved an excellent choice for us. The staff were extremely pleasant and efficient. The gardens and pool were lovely. Would not hesitate to stay again if we visit Tenerife.

A great hotel. The staff and management are really friendly and helpful and want to do anything they can to ensure you have a good stay. Beautiful gardens, plentiful tasty breakfast and dinner, plus attention to detail. EG plenty of plug sockets, hangers, storage space, good mirror locations a proper hair dryer, comfortable bed, big shower. We would definitely come back again.

Not 4 stars at all, may be 3 max

The good : Clean, good size balcony and room. Comfortable beds and bedding. Staff are polite, area is quiet, gardens are well kept. The bad : Breakfast was very basic/ catered to more German/ cold meats. There was sign above the fruits to say u need to b ask head chef if u want to take any of it to your room from breakfast buffet Air con is centrally controlled so u have no control on temperature if u want it on. Staff seemed very busy and not proactive. The ugly : They give u no water in the room. No kettle. There is no mini bar/fridge. U need to ask them and they charge if u want one. I asked for one on my first day as we can food n film we needed to store. They brought one in, never tested it so despite being out all day and coming back, it was not cold and not working. I complained, they brought two hours late, plugged it in and said its all working, takes time to cool and left. Next day 2nd fridge still not working. We checked ourselves and noticed the bulb is not even on so either the plug or fridge broken. Complained again and said its urgent. Someone arrives with 3rd fridge an hour later, again plugs in, no checks and goes on to leave. We stopped him and showed him why it doesn't work, cause the bulb is not even on! He agrees and says he'll back in 2min, an hour later no sign of him. I call to complain. Another hour later someone arrives with 4th figure, we tell them its likely not a fridge problem. He figures circuit breaker was on. Terrible service

Der Transport vom Flughafen zum Hotel Tigaiga war sehr schlecht. Wir wurden am Tigaiga Suite abgesetzt (ein Kilometer vom Hotel Tigaiga entfernt und bergauf mit schweren Koffern. Zurück dasselbe. Reklamation beim Transportunternehmen Fehlanzeige.

Très bon hôtel

Séjour de 3 nuits dans cette hôtel. Hotel bien placé avec des extérieures de haut niveau. Parking très pratique et sécurisé. Chambre avec un bon confort même s’il manque un frigo avec des boissons et une machine à café. Service et accueil très courtois. Grande piscine dont nous n’avons pas profité. Le centre ville est à 10 mn à pieds depuis l’hôtel.

Aktuell (März 2025) leider Bautätigkeit in einiger Entfernung. Nur selten sind wir allerdings davon erwacht. Das ganze Ambiente mit dem wundervollen Hotelgarten und dem angrenzenden Park, der spektakuläre Blick über die Stadt auf den Atlantik oder wahlweise auf den Teide sind außergewöhnlich. Das Personal inklusive der Hotelleitung kann diese gute Rezension aber noch toppen. Außergewöhnliche freundlich, hoch professionell und sehr zentriert auf das Wohlfühlen der Gäste. So erlebt man das selten! Ein kritischer Punkt sind sicher die beschränkten Parkmöglichkeiten. Mit etwas Kreativität und Geduld hat uns das aber nie Entspannung gekostet.

Hôtel magnifique avec de très belle chambre une vue mer et montagne incroyable où nous avons où profiter des différents deux d'artifices des villes alentours belle surprise. Petite attention qui nous a beaucoup touché à l'occasion de l'anniversaire de mon compagnon alors que nous n avions rien mentionné. Merci beaucoup pour la carte avec ces mots et le tee shirt de l hôtel. Merci pour ce beau séjour, Personnels au petit soin du matin au soir.

Que dire si ce n'est excellent. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut, une grande chambre propre, un service excellent des jardins exceptionnels. Les repas et petits déjeuners sont très bon. Si je devais trouver un inconvenient c'est le manque d'un petit frigo pour y mettre ses propres produits frais ou bouteilles d'eau.

Alles in allem war es sehr gut. Ich habe nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten zur Kritik: Artikel im Bad wurden nicht aufgefüllt - bin ich von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht gewohnt. Einmal wurde der Mülleimer nicht geleert und beim Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant musste man fast 10 Minuten warten bis man einen Tisch zugewiesen bekam.

Wir haben im Vorfeld die vielen positiven Bewertungen gelesen und ja, es stimmt. Hier nur ein paar Dinge die uns auch noch positiv aufgefallen sind. Äußerst freundliche Begrüßung, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, kostenpflichtig als auch kostenlos in der Nähe des Hotels, unser Zimmer, im 1. Stock, hatte einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten als auch den Teide und dem Meer. Eigentlich unglaublich. Das Zimmer ist sehr sinnvoll ausgestattet, z.B. genügend Bügel in den Schränken, im Bad und Balkon genügend Hacken und Handtuchhalter montiert, so das man auch mehrere Handtücher und ähnliches zum Trocknen aufhängen kann. 2 Menüs à la carte und zusätzlich Büfett, als auch einen festen Tisch, empfanden wir als sehr angenehm, wer wollte, konnte auch auf der Terrasse Platz nehmen. Wir empfehlen das Hotel vollumfänglich.
