"Fantastic stay. Most relaxed holiday - beach/pool, eat, sleep and repeat. Loved the location - can easily walk to los cristianos old town one way, and las americas and beyond the other. we had a room overlooking the beach - sunbeds only 6 euros - and excellent beach restaurant - which was perfect. Connected rooms a bonus. Rooms Cleaned every day. Lovely pool - with new towels every day. Hotel pool bar with nice and reasonable menu. Breakfast in the morning accompanied by a pianist was delightful - so much choice. Every member of staff was lovely. Can get a taxi for about 10 euros to get between places, ie Del duque / fanabe. Restaurant recommendations: Essenza - 30 min walk - best views, arrive before sunseet. Oro di Napoli - los Cristianos old town - the best pizzas (and cheap!). Limonella - Italian - book in advance. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The hotel was lovely and the staff members were vwry friendly however, the amenities for the kids were lacking. There was no soft play area as shown in the images on your website therefore it left my small kids with no entertainment. The games room was also subpar as the arcade games was not working. Apart from those things mentioned the hotel is lovely, Kevin the pool attendant was lovely, and tall the concierge staff."

"The hotel overall is good, the staff who clean the room & reception are every good, the staff who set tables at breakfast are good, but the staff who cook breakfast can sometimes be very rude. The WiFi at the hotel needs to be much better as we found it very poor. It cuts out & is atrocious at the pool area. The kids pool is good."

"Size of the unit was amazing and the full kitchen made it very convenient to prepare my own meals. If people have any mobility issues, it was not easy to get to the unit without help. Also the poolside restaurant had very good food and was reasonably priced."

"The property was clean, air conditions and other facilities in the property was in good working condition. The staff at the receptions were very kind and helpful. The swimming pool was clean and had always life guard around. The accommodation is about 15 to 20 mins drive to Las America, Los Christianos and the very popular Siam Park which was very good. We stayed for 7 days and we enjoyed our stay, we will definitely return and highly recommend the accommodation to others."
