"This is a great place. We've stayed here multiple times and we'll be back again. The staff is excellent, on-point and will do whatever they can to make your stay better. The bar is good and you can get most any cocktail you you want. Breakfast is good. It's a not a huge menu, but the food is well prepared and served by a staff that cares about making your stay good. "

"Loved the tea and cookies every afternoon by the fire and Christmas Tree!!! Also love the breakfast!! My favorite was the cottage cheese and peaches! The bed could have been better but other than that it was great and the staff were very friendly. Enjoyed our stay!!"

"The hotel was beautiful and the staff was great. We had a big problem casting from our devices to the television to watch some streaming services but the staff was wonderful and took care of it for us by offering us a free glass of wine at the bar and complimentary breakfast. They couldn't have been more accommodating. The room was beautiful and very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Charlottesville VA."
