The standout moment was the first staff member who helped us—early check-in, no hassle. But after that? The rest of the staff dropped the ball. Wrong info more than once, promises to deliver things to the room that never showed up, and when we went in person, they were pretty unhelpful. So, yeah, that was a mess. In the end, though, outside of those staff blunders, it was a good stay."

"We loved staying here, our only regret was not being able to stay longer! The rooms are beautiful and spacious and modern. The breakfast and the buffet dinner we tried were amazing - a lot better than other places we had been. The grounds of the resort are beautiful and picturesque definitely recommend staying here !"

"The lobby, restaurants, pools, and water park are excelent. However, the guest room had many issues. Bathroom: No where to place soap in shower so have to hold in your hand or drop to the floor. They put no cup or glass to hold toothbrushes. When we arrived there was no shampoo and had to wait for them to bring some. They offer a coffee machine that is not plugged in and does not even have an electric outlet nearby. There is no coffee, cream or sugar in the room or even a coffee mug or cup to put it in. Since all the electrical outlets only offer the brazilian plugs, we had to buy adapters for all our equipment. "

"The hotel was OK. We were on the bottom floor which was a bit noisy from the people above. Walking distance to a modern shopping centre with dinning options. I was a bit worried but safety but it felt very safe in the area."
