"Great experience and ambiance at the hotel. My only negative experience was at checkin, there was someone in front of me and another man walked up and was helped right when the guy was helping someone else and I was waiting instead of asking him to wait his turn. As I was exhausted from an all day international flight this was not the time to let someone slip the line; you don’t know where others are coming from and dealing with. Best to always have customers wait their turn."
"It was my first time in Abu Dhabi. The staff were all pleasant and very helpful. Check in was quick and easy, the pools were incredible, and the breakfast was amazing."

The rooms should have a deep cleaning because we noticed some dirt behind cabinets when we were looking for one of our children’s toys."
